Kate was fantastic and made buying our first property a seemingly very straight forward process. Her willingness to help answer any question we had at any time was remarkable. Kate genuinely cared about our needs and always had our best interest in the fore front of all she did for us. When viewing the properties she came very well prepared and didnt just sell us any property she wanted to ensure we had the right property for us which made working with Kate even better. Kate also provided updates when needed and also provided some great insight into the areas we looked at recommending places that she had been too and not just looking up things on yelp or google to sell a neighbourhood.
