Hilary was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable and professional. We needed to sell our home quickly. I was extremely pregnant at the time and Hilary went above and beyond to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible. She even shoveled our walkway after a major snowstorm before a showing! If thats not dedication I dont know what is! Hilary sold our house quickly and we got asking fair price. Shes an amazing realtor and you wont regret going with her as your first choice!!

One of the best things about working with Pip has been seeing the switch that takes place when the affable, witty, and playful personality that draws you to him initially, quietly steps aside when it's time to get the real business done. He sold our house in Bala Cynwyd, PA within days, negotiating a rent back with ample time to find our new home in South Jersey. He listened and understood us - our personal tastes, the things we needed in a home, our budget, etc. He had our backs when we found ourselves in unfamiliar territory. And now we're in our beautiful new home, having had nothing but the best experience getting here. Pip himself is a force, but like all smart and good people, they surround themselves with other smart and good people. Shout out to the entire JFKLiving Team, especially Sarah, for all the help, comfort and laughs during this big change in our lives.

To sum up our experience with Pip and JFK Living is tough because it really was all around great. Pip is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, quick-witted, and was the perfect agent for us. We met with Pip in our local coffee shop and right away, it felt like the right choice. We chatted and then got into how the house search process was going to go. Pip listened to what we were looking for and hoped to find, while giving us his insights on what was realistic and possible while also being optimistic. When we actually started going to see houses together, he was very proactive with having sellers disclosures available and knowledgeable about updates and work that would need to be done, etc.. We even got lucky and worked with Pips assistant, Sarah, who is also amazing and knowledgeable. Both Pip and Sarah were always responsive and available to talk things through and really kept up with everything through the end of closing and even after checking in after we moved into our home. Sarah went so far as to help us with getting a refrigerator crisper drawer when we found that one was missing in the fridge and Pip came over to visit and surprise us. Were so grateful to Pip and Sarah for all the above and beyond work they did to make buying our home possible. They set realistic expectations, communicated well, made going to see houses fun and are just all-around great people. We highly recommend Pip and the JFK Living Team!
