I genuinely loved working with Amanda. She is so thorough, responsive, and knowledgable. I first worked with her when buying a home and liked her so much that when we went to sell, we knew she was the one to contact. We had great experiences with both buying and sellingaEUR"shes very smart and strategic and truly walks you through the process. She was only ever a text away when I had questions or concerns. Shes truly a gem and I cant recommend her highly enough. P.S. If you hire her, definitely listen to her advice! She knows what she is doing and how to get you the deal you need in a timely manner. I'm actually really sad I moved away and cant use her as my realtor anymore on our next adventure!

Amanda was an awesome agent to work with. She knew the area very well and was kind throughout the whole journey. I had many many questions when working with her regarding the way everything worked and would either already have an answer or would quickly get back to me with the information. She would respond quickly to my messages and helped me around with my schedule as well. There were moments where I was not sure regarding my offer and she would give me advice on what each offer meant, plus how well it would resonate with the seller.

I connected with Amanda Allsup through an online service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Amanda assured me I was in good hands, and she delivered on that promise. Amanda provided valuable insight during this process while still respecting that the final decision was mine. If you're looking to sell, I highly recommend reaching out to the Jessica Ball team and asking for Amanda Allsup. You won't be disappointed!
