The Infinity Team at Coldwell Banker West Shell

Bill Lutts is a great realtor. He was very responsive. We didn?t have a realtor yet and were looking at a house that had just been listed that day, but it was after normal hours for all the other realtors and Bill was the only realtor showing he was still ?open?. We decided to call Bill, and very glad we did. He tried to get us a showing that night, but the sellers weren?t showing their house then. He got us a showing the next day and we put an offer down. We waited for a response from the seller, and when there wasn?t one for almost a whole day Bill followed up with the selling agent who was trying to have an open house in a few days. Bill told them this was not acceptable to us and they needed to make a decision now. They did and accepted our offer. After that everything was smooth sailing and Bill made sure we were informed and had everything we needed to close on our home. I don?t think we would have gotten our house if we hadn?t chosen Bill as our realtor! We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Bill did a great job! He not only sold our house but went above and beyond looking everyday for our new home. And both closed on the same day! He was very knowledgeable and new exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend him for buying a new home, selling your current home, and he knows a lot of people that will help on any projects you have! Very professional and we are very grateful for him!

Bill was a very knowledgeable and helpful. He answer every question and always got back with me. I will definitely recommend him .He listens well to exactly what you ?re looking for in a home.

Bill Lutts helped get into my 1st home. I did choose a house when i was not 100% ready but Bill and his team were very patient with me. I do recommend Bill Lutts and his team to anyone in the search to buy and sale.

Our experience while working with Bill on a condo purchase went so well, we continued with him and his professional skills to purchase a 2nd condo! His knowledge and personal experience for not only the real estate industry but the local knowledge of the area we were interested in purchasing in, was a huge plus for my husband and I. Purchasing real estate property when living out of state takes a good realtor to help with their knowledge of the city and surrounding area. We found this in Bill. Even took the time to answer silly questions like best restaurants in the area! We recommend anyone looking for a highly enthusiastic realtor, Bill is your best bet. His love and pride for the business shines through.
