Like many first time home buyers, my fiance and I were looking for a condo downtown. We met Katie through one of her open houses. She is so knowledgeable of the downtown condo market, she knew most of the buildings down to their pet size policies. She is extremely organized and responsive, nothing ever slipped through the cracks. She has an amazing ability to make you feel like you are her only client. She's creative when searching for homes to look at and never pushy. She is honest and truly works in your best interest. When we finally found our dream home, she made a report to let us know if it was a reasonable price and helped us negotiate the best deal for us. Katie had an organized timeline and step by step guide for us throughout the process. It was almost too easy. When she worked with the seller's agent, she was assertive and professional.
