They are true professionals and made the buying experience a breeze for us on our first commercial real estate purchase. Ryan was always available any time that I had questions. He did a great job of explaining things to me in a way that made sense and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was constantly updated and informed of what my next steps were and when the deadlines were. They even helped me find the best financing company for our situation. My favorite part of the story is actually where it began. There had been a property sitting on the market for a WHILE before I even met Ryan. When we first discussed what I needed, Ryan listened closely and then said he'd get back to me soon with some listings that he thought would fit. One of his top picks was the one that I had seen several times before online, but for whatever reason it didn't appeal to me. Ryan said, "I really think we should check this one out". I said OK and we scheduled a time to look at it. It actually was pretty nice and it was going to work for us, so Ryan and Katie came over and helped me write the offer to purchase. After we submitted the offer, a previously submitted offer from someone else was brought to our attention. They said that they were going to accept the first offer. It was kind of a bummer, but I'm glad it happened because Ryan found something in the same location that wasn't even on the market that was turned out to be an even better fit. We closed super fast on it and the rest is history. I'd highly recommend Ryan and Katie if you're looking for the best in the business!

Her analysis was far and above the others with a detailed spreadsheet of comps (especially current comps which were important in the current hot market) Her home improvement suggestions were spot on in getting the the home in great shape with reasonable costs that produced improved interest and offers. Her photos were professional and highlighted the features, important in getting interest. Her marketing strategy of mailings, MLS, realtor announcements, and timing of house walk through, open house and delayed offer opening was excellent. (7 solid offers at or above listing). She had a reasonable number of listings, so she was very responsive to our needs as we were remote owners of the property and needed to rely on her for lots of detail items. She was very experienced in reviewing offers, evaluating counter offers, and dealing with the buyer's realtor. She was detail oriented, never missed a deadline, and worked late to meet any needs. Don't let her youth and 6 years of experience prompt you to go with a gray haired realtor wanting to get a quick listing and promising you the world along with a high listing price to be lowered to something reasonable later. We had considered For Sale By Owner but in the end, her experience and efforts made me glad that we didn't go that way. Ask her how she worked with our different family goals on this sale to make it happen.
