If you are looking for a realtor that is, responsible, knowledgeable, responsive, aggressive (when needed) and has your best interest at heart then Yesica is the one. YA(C)sica had my house under contract in less than a week!!! She made our house selling experience a great one. After months and months of putting it off, Yesica almost literally held our hand during the process of selling our 1st home. Yesica was on top of everything and had our best interest at heart AT ALL TIMES! She was very clear with our options, understood our needs/wants and GOT IT DONE! We got exactly what we wanted!We had no doubt that when we were ready to purchase our next home Yesica would be our realtor. Even we were being the worse clients ever, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we understood what our best option was. Not only did she sell our home FAST but she also got us in to exactly the house we wanted to purchase.
