I met Reiggin on a complete whim! I wasn't looking to buy a home at the time. What ensued was a complete adventure leading me truly to my dream home! It all started with a home my mom saw online. We simply wanted to check out what a 1900 built house looked like on the inside! The claw foot tub and old wall mount toilet tank with a pull chain did capture my attention, but that house wasn't for me (can you say CREEPY basement?)! It did however, spark the desire to explore the possibility of home ownership. Reiggin was there EVERY step of the way, offering expert advice and sharing his knowledge! He responsibly commented on areas of concern, shared a variety of resources and consistently pointed me in the direction of success.His resourcing helped me make good sound decisions regarding the biggest financial decision of my life. He always pointed me in the direction of more than one resource, never pitting one against the other. He made use of his team wisely. He let me know immediately of any concerns (even emailing me well past 10:00pm just to ensure the information was in my hands as early as possible). He helped negotiate any tricky details and made sure every box was ticked along the way! He always researched and resourced any issues that came up. His help has not ended at signing the papers...he has regularly checked in to make sure everything is still going well!While I wasn't intending on purchasing a home at the outset, as time progressed, it became clear this was a true possibility and then became reality! A constant phrase spoken in our home regarding Reiggin was "I just LOVE him!".I would not be in my dream home without him. It is a cute little brick house with all the 1938 details that give me all the feels. But perhaps what truly captured my imagination is the backyard with the white gazebo, firepit and PLENTY of gardening space!
