Joseph was recommended to me by my daughter as one f the best realtors in the area I was looking for my retirement home. He definitely lived up to the compliment. I was living in Utah looking to buy property in Indiana. I gave him a basic idea on what I wanted and he provided me a lot of listings with pictures. Once I took a virtual look at the property he would set up physical walk throughs for me when I was available to be in town. Joseph would talk to me about each property; telling me all the good things about the area and home. If he something that was a plus in the house he would point it out. He answered any questions I would have. If a property didn't meet my requirements completely he made sure I was aware it might not meet my needs. I never felt pressured to spend time looking at properties that didn't feel right. When I drove up to my house, he knew it was going to be the one! He helped me place the offer, found me a company to finance it and made every thing happen over a cup of coffee it seemed. By the time I left to go back to Utah, I knew I had the house of my dreams purchased.
