Alicia is an amazing real estate agent. Easy to work with, great personality, and really knows her stuff. If you are buying a house, she knows every pocket of St Louis, and keeps up to date on what is going on in the market. She is also not shy about getting in there and negotiating price, or things that need to be done. She will walk you through each step of the process, so you always feel comfortable. She helped me buy my first investment property at a fantastic price. She is very knowledgable about the rehab process, interior design and city codes, and was able to help analyze the property. She has a gift to be able to walk in to a home that's in dire shape, and be able to see all the possible layouts. I feel so blessed to be able to learn from her. I will be listing the house with her next week, and already have her looking for the next one.
