My family and I have been investing in St. Louis for over 6 years .We contracted with Alicia Sierra to find undervalued properties, oversee the rehab work and then sell the properties when market ready. We purchased two properties that she recommended and earned commission on. She sourced the General Contractor to manage the substantial rehab effort (over $150k for each property). To keep it brief, she was a total nightmare. The contractor turned out to be a disaster and we were misled by Alicia on the rehab progress which caused us to overpay for work completed. She ended up bailing on us and the contractor stopped work and communication. We are stuck with two unfinished projects and will take a financial beating and are contemplating legal action.Needless to say I would warn anyone and everyone to pass if you are considering dealing with her.
