Kathy is incredible! She helped us buy our first home and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable that we came right back to her when it came time to sell that home and get into a new one. Working with Brian was absolutely amazing. Prior to moving across the country, he sent my wife and I 45 second video clips walking room to room in the homes we were interested in. This saved us so much time upon arrival as we were able to discount several homes all together before arriving. Although extremely professional, I felt like I was walking through homes with a friend rather than a realtor. What I liked most was, when asked, he would give me his honest opinion based on the previous criteria my wife and I had provided. House hunting is an extremely stressful time yet, Brian and his wife (Mija) made the experience relaxed, fun, and low stress. Neither were pushy and did not try to SELL us a house.
