Sev did great, committed to help selling the house and got it done. Hard working, experienced and professional attitude makes him the best. Highly recommended

Working with Azad to buy my house was a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He really listened to what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I felt supported every step of the way and would definitely recommend him to others.

I had an amazing experience working with Sev! From day one, he made the entire process feel easy, pressure-free, and enjoyable, which I didnt think was possible when buying a home. He was always available and took the time to thoroughly review every property with me. I had a lot of questions, and he either had the answers or made sure to find them quickly. That level of support really helped build my confidence throughout the process, especially since I was navigating it on my own for the first time. I never felt like just another client, Sev truly listened to what I wanted, especially when I was going back and forth, and made sure I found the right home for me. I'm so grateful for the positive experience. I highly recommend Sev to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, supportive, and truly committed to making it happen! Thank you so much, Sev!!!

Working with Sevak was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and truly attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. I felt well-guided at every step, and his expertise made buying my property much less stressful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Sev hung in for many months since the Eaton Fire as we struggled to find a path toward recovering after the loss of our home. Clearly, there was no way to restore our cherished home in Altadena, and we would have to choose from an unfamiliar world of rebuild/relocate options. He patiently arranged countless home tours until we found the best option for returning to a life that could offer us the joy we had in our former home, His knowledge of real estate matters was invaluable, allowing us to finally act, when we were ready to make a choice.
