The Fritschle Barker Group

Patient, fun, knowledgeable. He was great to work with and I really feel like her understood what we were looking for, he knew how much we had to spend and didn't try to push us towards something we didn't want. I would (and have) highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. We have used him for two real estate transactions in one year and will use him again.

Weve worked with Grant on multiple home purchases and sales, and theres a reason we keep going back to himaEUR"hes simply the best in the Ocean City market. His knowledge of resort real estate is unmatched. Whether buying or selling, he understands pricing, timing, and strategy on a level that gives you a real advantage. Every transaction weve done with him has been smooth, well-managed, and successful. Grant is incredibly responsive, proactive, and detail-oriented. He stays ahead of everything, communicates clearly, and always makes sure we feel confident in our decisions. On the selling side, his marketing and positioning consistently deliver strong results. On the buying side, he knows exactly what to look for and how to negotiate effectively. Beyond his expertise, hes just a great personaEUR"honest, professional, and someone you genuinely trust to have your best interests at heart. If youre buying or selling in Ocean City or the surrounding beach areas, I cant recommend Grant enough.

Grant was great to work with. He was always accessible to advise and answer questions from day 1 until well after settlement. He always had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

This is the third time that I have worked with Grant in a real estate transaction, and his local knowledge, understanding of the markets and all-around amicable personality make him a wonderful person to work with! Should I ever find myself in the market to buy or sell real estate again, He will be my go-to guy. Thanks, Grant!

Grant was fantastic to work with. He was very professional and personable at same time. Grant was on top of Things from day 1 and was always there to guide and help me solve problems as they appeared. I truly feel we became friends throughout the process! I would highly recommend him and hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the near future !
