The Fletcher Team, brokered by eXp Realty, LLC

Working with Kristen, to sell our home was such a positive experience. From the very first meeting, she made us feel comfortable and confident about the process. Her advice on preparing the house, along with the beautiful photos and marketing, made all the difference in this difficult market. What really stood out was how caring, attentive and honest Kristen was. She was always available to answer questions, talk through decisions, and guide us step by step. Selling a home can feel overwhelming, but she made everything so much easier. We were thrilled with the outcome, but even more grateful for the support and kindness along the way. If youre looking for a realtor who truly cares about their clients, you wont find anyone better than Kristen!

Sheena helped us out a great deal with the sale of our townhome. While the market and the timeline were frustrating, she offered advice throughout the process and helped us get it across the finish line.

Erica was amazing through the entire process. We told her what we were looking for and she narrowed down the search and finally suggested a new build that we fell in love with as soon as we walked through the door. She was especially helpful during the loan process given her background in working loans previously.

Mikaela Was patient as we looked through a bunch of properties. We finally found the house we wanted and she negotiated all the way through closing even though the bank was being difficult. Hundred percent will use her real estate servicesagain.

Erica was AMAZING throughout the entire process. She went up to bat for us multiple times and never sugar coated her opinions of the houses we looked at (which we appreciate). I can not recommend her enough
