The Finer Homes Group

Rob did a great job helping me find my first home. He was very knowledgeable about different areas in both North and South Carolina. If you want the best, go to Rob!

Rob was absolutely amazing to work with. As first time homebuyers, the buying process was initially daunting and intimidating, but as soon we were introduced to Rob, a weight was lifted off our shoulders. His communication and negotiation skills, personality, ethics and expertise in the field are unmatched. We are so grateful that Rob was with us and guided us through this process. Any buyer would be lucky to have him as their realtor!

He was a fantastic tool for my wife and myself going through the house buying process for the first time. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

I was recommended to Rob by a good friend of mine and I cant say enough good things about him. The process of buying a home can be extremely overwhelming and intimidating especially as a first time home buyer like myself. But Rob made this experience such a positive one and walked with me every step of the way. He was very communicative, extremely helpful, and supported me from start to finish through my home buying process. My schedule was often limited with work and often times I would get in touch with Rob with a list of houses I wanted to see and he was always available and flexible to do next day showings. That was a huge plus for me given that my availability is at the mercy of my crazy work schedule. Rob also aEURoewent to bataEUR? for me in negotiating with the sellers agent/sellers on getting everything I wanted. He kept more money in my pocket and as a single buyer, that goes so far. Rob is definitely someone you want in your corner when buying a home. If I am ever in the process of buying again and/or selling, it would be a pleasure to work with him again. Thanks again, Rob!

Rob made this experience of buying a home so easy and stress free. He is very professional and very understanding. He communicated great with us about every step of the process whether big or small. No matter the day or time, Rob was always there to answer any questions or just be a support system!
