I just closed escrow on my first house ever. I have never bought a house before, and I was very intimidated by the thought of it. Keith not only helped me through every step of the process and made the whole experience super easy for me, but he also went above and beyond for me by working out negotiations for circumstances I was unfamiliar with. Keith went up to bat for me a few times and came out with win-wins for both the seller and I. He kept me in constant communication the whole time and answered every question I had along the way, or he referred me to someone with more expertise.
