A few months ago our church was looking to purchase a house so we needed an agent. Thankfully, we were able to have Kyle Marucci as our agent. He guided us through the whole process, showed us 4 different houses, and was patient with a church which had members with many opinions. Several times he drove over an hour just to show us a property. We were able to land a great deal on a house in the Villas! I can't recommend Kyle enough.

Joe did an amazing job selling our home quickly, even while we were in the process of renovations. We called Joe in 2023 to show a condo he had listed, which was the first time looking at anything in Wildwood. After seeing a few on short notice with him, we decided to purchase a new build. Although the new build took a year longer than anticipated, Joe was with us every step of the way, helping us out numerous times so we wouldn't have to make the 6 hour round trip. Due to my mothers illness, my Father and I had to sell their condo in the Crest. Thou it was bitter sweet to let go, I have to say that we have had a positive experience with the Ferzoco Group.
