Chris is the bomb. Seriously, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with him. He is the energizer bunny of real estate agents, he will stick with you and view properties with you according to exactly what you want, until you are satisfied. I had a heck of a time finding a house in Avon/Brownsburg during a very tight market summer 2018, I looked at probably 20 or 30 properties, put offers on I think four, was outbid for several great houses (in one case my bid was actually higher than the winning bid but that was 100% due to the eccentricity of the seller and not Chris fault), before we finally found a very nice ranch house in Avon that checked all my boxes. I am now living in a great neighborhood and very satisfied.
