I came to this area from out town and could not be more impressed with Nicole's knowledge of Coachella Valley. Not only was she aware of cost/value/homes/trends in the area I was initially looking in, she also took the time to research nearby areas that offer great value for the money - going above and beyond to expose me to the area market as a whole. She was quick to gauge my needs and exceptional at showing me properties meeting my taste and budget. She shared her excellent connection to the area with me by providing her contacts in property inspection, pool service, etc. Buying a home can be stressful. Honesty and negotiating are two things you do not want to have to worry about, and with Nicole at the helm - I felt confident she was on top of her game 100% in both integrity and negotiating. With some back and forth she secured the price I wanted! I could not be more pleased with an agent and plan to use her for any future real estate needs.

We did not know Nicole, she was a realtor that was part of a network that a home builder that we were going to buy from, used to sell prospective buyers houses. For using Nicole, we would be afforded certain incentives and discounts. As it turned out we did not purchase the house from that builder, but decided to continue with Nicole with the selling of our house and the purchasing our next one. From our first meeting at our house throughout the entire process, she took total control of the process. She would always get right back to you if you had any questions or concerns. From the beautiful web site listing throughout the entire process, we could not have been any happier. We have been through the home buying/selling process many times before...this experience tops the list. Would we recommend her, YUP!

We found Nicole after my mom reached out to view a home that was listed and scheduled an appointment to view. Unfortunately, it went off the market the very next day, but we opened the lines of communication. At that point, I was only casually looking (using Zillow daily) even though I had gone through a pre-approval process. I wanted to take my time and do things in my own speed. Nicole was always super nice and accommodating; I never felt rushed or the feeling that she was just trying to make a sale. When or if I wanted to see a property, she or Jonathan made time for me. Nicole's business is family owned and they gave the feeling like they were working for me and my needs. The sale itself had a couple of unanticipated speed bumps and Nicole got me a great deal in the end on a beautiful forever home.
