Selling a home is a daunting task and I was extremely anxious about the process. After meeting with Herb and having everything explained to me, I felt better and was hopeful. Herb was so patient and forthcoming and always had a solution for any problem that may have occurred. He and his wife, Keisha, formulated a plan with attainable goals and our home sold quickly. Herb and Keisha prepped and staged our home and the pictures online were fantastic. We had non stop traffic through our home and received a full price offer. Herb also negotiated with the seller of the home we now live in. This process was stressful but again Herb was looking out for my family and we celebrated Christmas in our new home. In retrospect, I can not imagine going through the process without Team Cunningham. Selling and buying a home is stressful but manaegable if you have good people looking out for you. Those good people are Herb and Keisha Cunningham.
