The Cornerstone Agency LLC

From the beginning Kevin helped us relax about the process of selling our house. He really shepherded us through the ups and downs, helping us understand what the options were and the pros and cons of various decisions. The buyer needed an extension which created added stress and concern about whether the sale would actually happen. Kevin not only kept us informed but did a lot of work behind the scenes to keep the pressure on and make sure the house sold. Selling a house is a stressful process - if you want to take some of the stress out of the equation I would recommend getting Kevin on your team!

Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was patient with our search for the right house for my family and I. Each walkthrough we wanted to do he wasted no time in scheduling for us and took the time answering all of our questions throughout each process. As a first time home buyer I expected the experience to be overwhelming but with Kevin and his lender the entire process went quick and smooth. Now I can officially say I am a homeowner and I am beyond ecstatic. If anyone is looking to buy a home this is the guy to go to! I promise you wont be disappointed.

My husband & I feel like we won the lottery when we found Kevin Bobrow as a realtor on Zillow. From buying to selling, he was very knowledgeable on the process every step of the way. He is professional, very patient & easy to work with. Kevin is quick to respond & if he doesn't know the answer he will do everything he can to find it. He sold our house within 2 days on the market, we received 6 offers and it sold over the asking price. We are very excited to go to settlement on our new house very soon. Kevin worked very hard for us and we know he will work hard for you as well.

We had an excellent experience working with Kevin. Always very responsive and willing to work with us around our schedule. Thank you for helping ease the stress and helping us find our home!

Working with Kevin over the past year has been nothing short of exceptional. From countless showings and multiple pre-approvals to navigating market challenges and moments of frustration, he remained steady, patient, and completely committed to helping us find the right home. What stood out most was his consistency. He never pressured us, never rushed decisions, and always took the time to explain the process clearly. In a competitive and often stressful market, he was calm, strategic, and always advocating for our best interests. Especially being a veteran and having a few more requirements to close, he stayed the course.
