The Comiskey Group I Marilyn Comiskey

Marilyn brought us an off-market, competitive, all-cash offer. She ended up representing both the buyer and us, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction. She guided both parties every step of the way to a successful close. Always available, Marilyn and her staff were a great resource for all aspects of the sale and subsequent move.

Marco wasn't just my real estate "agent". He was my real estate "angel". I needed to get the most value from my home with spending the least amount of money in a short timeframe. He set up all of the contractors and got major scheduled and completed in only 10 days. The work ranged from painting all of our cabinets to a full yard refresh. The craftsmanship was top notch and was totally worth what we paid. My house was staged beautifully, marketed perfectly and shown creatively which resulted in 5 offers over asking price!!! I walked away with more in the bank than I ever dreamed possible. I joked with him about how much I wanted the house to sell for (the number seemed too good to be true) and he actually got exactly that amount! Our home had the highest purchase price in the neighborhood at that time. We had a last minute snafu with a Home Depot delivery of bark that was cancelled the night before delivery. Marco literally called all the Home Depots in the area to get it resolved. He knew how to handle every curve ball and only works with the best folks in the San Diego area. The process was smooth, clear and painless. His company even offers an interest free credit card to pay for renovations without any out of pocket costs. What I appreciated the most overall is his consistent communication. This made what could have been a stressful time feel much less worrisome. I would recommend Marco and his team 10000000%! I have referred him to all of my friends buying or selling. My friend bought a house with him and he was able to secure a sweet deal in South Park on a home she wanted badly the day it listed. Marco would be best described as having top notch professionalism plus comprehensive market knowledge with an eye for important details. He is the one.

We gave Marilyn a very tall task... to sell our home and help us buy another one in the same building within a matter of a few days and at little risk to us. It all had to be done off market without open houses or listings online. She stepped up and got it done while maintaining our privacy. We think it was miraculous that she managed to pull it off. We are happily ensconced in our new unit.

Marilyn guided us through each phase of the process while objectively managing a dual agent transaction of an off-market unit. Her impressive experience and knowledge of the market enabled us to comfortably rely on her to manage various issues as they arose. We were extremely pleased and would use her again on a subsequent real estate transaction.

We had an excellent experience working with Marco to purchase our condo. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions and guide us through each step of the process. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the transaction. What impressed me most was Marco's negotiation skills. He advocated for us every step of the way and helped us secure a great deal. Buying a home can be stressful, but Marco made the entire experience smooth and manageable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional real estate agent.
