Kathleen was instrumental in assisting me in the purchase of my home in Venice. She not only assisted in finding the perfect house, but also in completing the loan process, the necessary inspections, and the title/close for the home. Kathleen was perfect in her demeanor, respect and guidance without any type of "pushy" salesmanship. Her knowledge of the real estate world is phenominal! Last year my two adult sons and I relocated from Central California. We were vaguely familiar with the area because my parents and brother lived / live in nearby Englewood. Because my sons and I were planning on living together in our new location, we had some very specific housing needs ~ we also have a dog - Goldendoodle ... Kathleen was very patient and attentive to our desires and extremely knowledgeable about the area/market/availability of homes meeting our needs within our price range. Due to our relocation, we were also on a fairly rigid timeline (we were renting in the area and only had a few months time). Kathleen was always prompt and responsive in her communication with us. She immediately set up property search access via email so that we could search real-time listings within our parameters. Any time we found a listing, she would set up viewings along with any she felt we might be interested in ... Within several weeks, we found our home ~ Kathleen worked with our loan company, the seller's agent (negotiated a reduced price), and recommended a wonderful attorney for timely, unencumbered closing. My family is truly grateful for having the good fortune to work with Kathleen - we could not have asked for anything more in a real estate professional.
