The Cole Realty Group

Henry is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He represented me to buy my first home. Henry also works with local lenders and inspectors. From starting to close, I only needed one month. I highly recommend him.

Being a first time homebuyer can be a scary, overwhelming experience, but Shantel brought a certain level of comfort from our very first phone call. She was attentive and responsive every step of the way. I know the process would have been a lot bumpier without her. She did a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes and brought additional information to the table too. I would recommend her to everyone I know looking to purchase a home!

Shantel is very warm and welcome .The type of person that will go above and beyond to get the job done. And most of all she always have a smile on her face and a tap in her toes to make you feel like you that one special person. Thank you so much.

Shantel was awesome. Very responsive, nice, informative, and personable. She did everything we asked and more. I couldn?t have asked for a better realtor. We are truly thankful. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their home search expert.

Excellent! 10 out of 10 Shantel was the best. She helped me purchase a home while I was out of state! She was on top of everything, handled the negotiations skillfully and even arranged a remote closing! I worked with other realtors and they could not compare!!
