I was hesitant at first as I didnt know Andy, and Zillow had matched me with several different realtors. I had intended to use my sister, who is a newer realtor anyway. Andy seemed nice at first, butaEUR"I dont know how to say itaEUR"more young, eager, and I was still cautious. Ive bought and sold two homes prior to this one, so I knew what I wanted and had worked with many realtors in the past. But after a few houses, I started to understand his depth. He is EXTREMELY experienced, but very gentle and non-intrusive with how he brings information forward. One thing that really stood out is his knowledge of the home itself beyond just what you see. He used to be a home inspector, and if you want, hell walk you through all the aEURoebehind the scenesaEUR? parts of the houseaEUR"the things under the surface that most people wouldnt think about. It was incredibly helpful and honestly impressive. Another thing I really appreciated is that I had a very specific vision of what I wantedaEUR"location, feel, conditionaEUR"everything. It was so specific I wasnt even sure it existed. We would get close a few times, and I could see how I could make something workaEUR| but it wasnt quite it. At one point, Andy very gently suggested waiting instead of putting in an offer. He made it clear it was completely my decision and didnt want to talk me out of anythingaEUR"but he also didnt want me to regret settling. He truly believed we could find exactly what I was looking for. And he was very right. We found the MOST beautiful home in the exact location I needed, in pristine condition. And on top of that, through Andys offer structuring and negotiation, we got it for over $50,000 LESS than what I was expecting to pay. By far the easiest and best home-buying experience Ive had. I highly recommend him.
