The Cassina Group

Erik went above and beyond to sell our house. He is responsive and knows the market very well. We had an issue with a recall on an electrical panel the week before closing, and Erik swooped in and handled the issue for us. We highly recommend Erik!

Erik was invaluable to us Closing on our house. I was a licensed agent 3 yrs ago and tried to sell my house. It didnt happen but with the experience and knowledge he brings to every client, we sold our home in less than a month. I cant recommend him strongly enough to represent buyers and sellers in South Carolina !!!

Erik goes above and beyond to ensure total comfort and satisfaction. His patience and knowledge about the Charleston market left us feeling like we made the perfect purchase- a house build just for us. You can tell Erik cares about his clients and he was with us every step of the way to offer guidance, advice, and support as we closed in on our dream home. Would recommend 11/10

Erik is a hard working agent! He has a depth of knowledge in the greater Charleston area and is able to guide you through the processes of buying a home. Unlike, other agents, he cares about you finding the right home and not just his commission. I highly recommend Erik Taylor as a Realtor!

We had the pleasure of working with Erik and I couldnt recommend him enough. We are first time home buyers so we needed a lot of hand-holding. He was super knowledgeable and made this process super easy for us. He was very responsive and went out of his way for us. I will definitely be working with him in the future!
