THE CARDENAS GROUP

Silvana is always reachable for any questions, assistance or advise. She helped me buy an apartment and sell another. I've seen her answer other calls and known that she has other clients and still felt as if I was her only client, she's that good!

Jesus Cardenas is the best realtor I could ever have. I am a first time home buyer and he helped me to get my dream home in just a few months (only because I was picky in what I wanted). He was in charge of every paperwork I need, he was so attentive and helpful that I recommend him 100%. You can contact him and ask him questions and he'll reach to you as soon as he can. He also has a list of contacts that will help you with whatever you need like mortgage companies, inspections companies, cleaning people, repair people and a lot more. He is your go to when looking for selling and buying your home. He also speaks Spanish which is helpful for all Spanish speaking people.

As an appraiser with more than 20 years experience in the real estate field, I have worked with hundreds of real estate agents. When it came to selling my own personal property, I did not hesitate in contacting Jesus Cardenas of the Cardenas Group. I had seen what he did for sellers and buyers and knew I wanted the same professionalism and experience. He did not disappoint at all. His pricing was strategic and resulted in more than 10 offers right after the showing. He guided me through every step of the process and was on top of everything. I was so impressed with his skill that we have used him again to buy 2 new properties. I would highly recommend The Cardenas Group.
