The Camden Group, LLC

Thank you, Linda, for your expertise, unending patience, knowledge of local market conditions, and excellent negotiation skills. I would recommend Linda Clyburn without hesitation. Thank you, for a job well done.

I was a little concerned as a first time home buyer about the home buying process and finding an honest, knowledgeable, and experienced realtor. Mrs. Clyburn meets all 3. We were very lucky to have her. She wanted to make sure we were getting the house we wanted not the one she wanted to sell us like some realtors. This is the person you want on your team. Trust me.

Linda has listed two properties for me. The first property was listed with two separate agents who didnt have a single showing. Once Linda became our agent, she sold the property within sixty days and we didnt compromise on price. The second listing was this year in a Camden, SC market saturated with for sale signs and very few sold signs. Once again, Linda secured a contract within sixty days. I was skeptical going in that Linda could sell the property within two YEARS!! She proved me wrong. Again, we didnt have to compromise price to a point of discomfort. I highly recommend Linda. She just gets it done!
