The Bynum Group

I recently sold my investment home and Dustin and Holly did an excellent job helping to get it sold. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding everything related to real estate and thus are able to make informed decisions and handle the sale smoothly. I would recommend Dustin and Holly to anyone who's looking to sell their home.

I am so excited to share my amazing experience in working with the Bynum Group to assist in the purchase of my new home. I searched online for an alternative home as the previous agent suggested when I called Dustin to inquire about one of his listings. After explaining the nearly impossible situation, Dustin assured me of his ability to perform under the difficult circumstances. He and his team were able to take the bull by the horns and make the purchase of this home virtually seamless. From the financing details managed professionally by Holly and the team, all the way up to Dustin's key presentation at 9 p.m. , this team delivered with their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. Dustin, Holly, and the team went far beyond the call of duty in every way. Their exceptional attention to detail and a clear understanding of my circumstances is what I needed at that moment. I recommend this group of professionals to any and all of my family, friends, and colleagues. I could not have done it without them. Sincerely, a satisfied homeowner.

Dustin made numerous long drives, including during the middle of the week in Orange County traffic, to where I was buying a new home to help me and my family buy our first home. He was always prompt and knowledgeable with all the paperwork we had to sign. I recommended him to another family member looking to sell their house and buy a new one and hes currently working with them. Great experience.

Fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Really helped us focus on what we really wanted in a house and property .They made the process as painless and easy as it could be. Kept us updated all the time and was always quick to return a call to us .I would highly recommend Dustin and Bynum Group for anyone either looking to purchase or sell a property.
