I cannot recommend Devon Ramage (The Brokerage KY) highly enough!We sold our house and moved to a temporary rental with an intense desire to find our forever home in Lexington in the middle of a pandemic and skyrocketing housing costs. We had a modest budget and extremely picky tastes. Devon promised hed help us find the perfect home and he truly delivered. Devon was on top of it! I was checking Zillow at least four times a day, and he was sending me properties I hadnt seen while researching properties I was digging up and sending him. While I know he was working with many clients simultaneously, we felt like we were his only one. When we got to the point we were touring homes he was willing and available same day. He even offered to go conduct a video tour if/when we couldnt make it. At a time where houses were being sold within 24 - 48 hours, I cannot stress enough how important it was to have a realtor who was engaged, available and communicative. It all became so overwhelming, but he was there to advise and organize and pull everything together. As our search intensified, Devon was right there with us the whole time. We finally won the fourth house we bid on - and without going into the minutia - he saved our butt with the last bid not once, but twice in how he recommended we write the offer. In a rapidly changing environment, with so little inventory, 28 showings for our house in a single day, and 12+ offers, somehow we got the home of our dreams at a reasonable price. We wouldnt have our happily ever after without him.

Zach Johnson is the best realtor we have ever used! We have purchased multiple homes/investments and this was our first purchase long distance. We were looking for a 2nd home/ home for our daughter who attends the University of Kentucky and we live in Portland, Oregon. Zach was so knowledgeable of the area and the price range we were looking in. He is the best of the best! He had us look at properties before and aftermarket that fit our needs. When we did finally find a property his negotiation skills are top-notch! He is personable, accountable, and just an amazing realtor! He went above and beyond his realtor responsibilities in all facets of the sale and closing.
