During that time, he helped me understand the entire process of buying a house and he was willing to setup an appointment to view each and every house that I wanted to see...which was a lot of houses. Zach never gave up hope that I would land my first home. Zach couldnt have been nicer. He understood what I truly wanted in a house and he didnt stop until I found it. Fast forward to Memorial Day weekend, I found a house on Zillow that I wanted to look at. He was out of town and unable to show me the house but that didnt stop him. We had many must haves, and in this crazy market, Ryan did everything he could to show us houses before they were on the market, and get us in to see a house that would work for us. When we finally found the home we loved, Ryan was able to get us first in line to see it, and helped us make a strong, successful offer with his efficiency and negotiation skills. He then went above and beyond with successfully rebutting an unfair appraisal. He did a great job with representing our best interests. We really enjoyed working with Ryan; he is very trustworthy and was patient with us as we learned about the home buying process. His ability to explain everything put us at ease. I absolutely love my new home and it wasnt even on my radar. I had actually passed on it when I initially looked through Zillow listings. Zach added it on to our list of showings one day as a surprise and I immediately loved it. I also have to talk about Zach negotiating skills and amazing network of contacts in every aspect of the real estate market. It seemed like no matter what house we looked at or what stage of the buying process we were in, Zach always knew the right people to take care of me and had already worked with the other agents many times before, which definitely smoothed everything out immensely. His negotiating skills also invaluable when we were trying to make last minute financial decisions to improve offers (many times late into the night I might add). He has a huge bag of tricks to improve offers and also multiple times would contact the other agents even without us having to ask in order to buy us some more time on deadlines so we could make sound decisions and sweeten the offer at the same time, which came in huge!!! Last, but far from least, his negotiating and keen eye for detail saved me a whole $5,000 out-of-pocket during the final inspection and appraisal proceedings.
