The Brokaw Group

Bethany and her team were by my side through a very long process. They are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable! I would work with them again anytime. They are with you every step of the way. Thanks again.

Josh was amazing. Always gave me updates throughout the house buying process, very professional. Would recommend everyone to buy a house through Josh!

Josh sold our house in less than 30 days and negotiated a higher than listed price. He was proactive in letting us know next steps in selling process. Very communicative and usually answered any call and if not returned calls immediately. He is great at his job.

Bethany was AMAZING! We needed someone who understood our needs with moving out of state, and selling our niche home. She sold it IMMEDIATELY! No hassles. No compromising. It was fantastic! She made the process simple and easy. Very communicative.

Josh was outstanding with both buying and selling processes for us. All the details were handled with minimal effort on our part. We had a family emergency the day before our closing and I was unavailable to attend the closing. Josh arranged for me to sign my documents with a notary that worked out perfectly. He had never had to do that before but it was flawless and I was able to take care of my family. I will always be grateful to him for ALL of his efforts on our behalf and would recommend his services highly.
