Lukas approached us in a very friendly manner while showing houses in our neighborhood. He knew the market and had recognized we had been working very hard on our house. We thought nothing of it at the time. When the remodel was complete and we decided to sell, we remembered his approach and then contacted him. He brought facts and figures and local knowledge to our first meeting. We immediately decided to work with him. He then utilized his team to stage, photograph, market and list our home in 1 week. He provided us with 5 offers within 20 days. He closed the deal in less than 60. We would absolutely work with him in the future.

Lukas is very knowledgeable of the market, pricing, & staging. He was realistic but encouraging. We werent sure about pricing & doing staging but our house sold the 2nd day it was listed for over asking price. I told him afterwards that he was right about everything. One neighbor who was trying to sell his house with another realtor at the same time called & asked who did our listing & staging & will now list with Lukas.

Lukas was a such a huge help when buying my first place. It can be a super stressful experience and I was new to the entire process, he was there the entire time, finding homes for me, recommendations on services , slam ways available. I felt I could trust him completely and definitely plan on keeping him as my realtor when I choose to upgrade or move.

Lukas was excellent to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to reach at all times through the process. He helped us find an amazing property in Tahoe Donner on a short timeline. Lukas graciously coordinated and took us on 2 marathon weekends of 10+ tours each, giving us two of his Saturdays because we couldnt make it during the weekdays. He gave great local insights and advice throughout the negotiations and was extremely prompt with everything through our short 15 day close (even having Thanksgiving fall right in the middle of it all). He went above and beyond - going to the property on our behalf when needed, sending us videos when we couldnt be there in person, making sure the final repairs were being completed by connecting with the service providers directly, and more. His genuine personality and professional and caring temperament made him a pleasure to work with - we never felt pressured, rushed, or reeling with questions because Lukas took his time and really gave us his all from start to finish. We couldnt be happier and we are glad to have him for any of our future real estate needs in the area. Needless to say, we would recommend him in a heartbeat.
