The Boyd Team

Courtney was the best realtor my family has ever used. She eagerly walked us through more than 20 homes until we found to the one of our dreams in Simpsonville. Courtney always answered even our most simple of questions promptly. Even when sellers tried to flip pressure on us, we never felt nervous, rushed, or uninformed. She made this typically daunting process easy and maybe even enjoyable. The best.

We were looking for a home in the Blue Ridge/Greer SC area. The Boyd Team workec closely with us and didn't waste any time finding the perfect house for us.The Boyd team was always quick to respond to my questions, no matter how small. Once we chose a home, they moved super fast getting all the paperwork moving and lining up all needed for the closing. Made it super easy to get things done. Went over and above when I needed to meet with them. The whole team is super personable. I especially loved working with Carloine.

Our experience with Caroline at the Boyd Team was excellent! We were in a time-crunch to find a home, and got connected with Caroline a few days after we started looking into buying in the area. We were under contract for our house two days later thanks to her advice and expertise as we walked through the unique new-build purchasing process. She was quick to ask good questions (that I truly would not have ever thought to ask) and was very attentive at every meeting with the builder. We felt assured and secure throughout the closing period, especially thanks to her being so communicative and present for each step. We appreciated her help to buy our first home and couldnt be happier with how she walked through the process with us. Highly recommend!

My experience with the Boyd Team was nothing less than exceptional as I recently purchased a home in Greenville. Brenna was amazingly communicative and responsive, and when we faced some significant obstacles along the way because of issues with others involved in the transaction, she made sure that we had the support of the whole team to find a way forward that was as expedient as possible while still meeting my needs. The outcome was my wonderful new home, and I have Brenna and the Boyd Team to thank!

The Boyd Team is very helpful, professional and with you every step of the way. They were proactive in all communications. They did a thorough walkthrough of our home and advised how to prepare our home for sell. Justin always responded quickly to ant questions we had. We worked with them to sell and purchase new home in Travelers Rest. Highly recommend!
