The Bixler Group, LLC

Buying our first family home was a four-month odysseyaEUR"full of twists, turns, and the occasional moment of near despair. But through it all, Scott was the steady hand on the wheel. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking foraEUR"not just the specs on paper, but what we actually needed to make a house our home. Hes patient, detail-oriented, and incredibly thorough. What we appreciated most was that he never tried to aEURoesellaEUR? us anything. Instead, he gave us honest, thoughtful adviceaEUR"even when it meant pointing out reasons a property wasnt right for us. We always felt he had our best interests at heart. Thanks to Scotts diligence and experience, we ended up with the perfect home for our family. And as for the future? Lets just say that if we ever decide to do this crazy thing again, Scott is already on speed dial. Highly recommend!

Scott is top notch on both the buyside and sellside. I have completed about a dozen transactions with Scott and the process is smooth as can be everytime. He is extremely knowledgeable about the do's and don'ts for a fast and efficient sale process. Highly recommend.

Scott went above and beyond in the listing and selling of our property. He was professional and extremely responsive through the entire process. His historical knowledge of the area and market is unmatched. There were a few bumps in the road along the way but he handled them quickly and seamlessly. He is a valuable resource with the ability to clear any obstacle in the way and not afraid to get his hands dirty to do it. I didn't know what to expect when I walked into his office unannounced before deciding to list with The Bixler Group but I am glad I did,

Scott was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and effective. I was having a hard time purchasing a home and went through several realtors before lucking out and finding him, the difference was night and day. I have both purchased and sold a home with him and would do so again in a heartbeat. He is upfront, honest, a skilled negotiator and communicator. He knows how to wrap things up and get the house sale moving on schedule even when difficult parties are involved.

Scott T. Bixler is the best in his field, he is a true professional. We could not be happier with our experience with Scott. We really lucked out when we found him. He is a gem. He was knowledgeable, responsive at all times and on his game. We highly recommend him, and after using Scott, we would not use anyone else.
