Words cannot describe how Beverly has helped me and my family find a home. This is our first home purchase and we honestly had no idea how to even start the process. We simply called her and she has guided us from point A to Z. We were so picky being that it is our first home so it took us over a year to find our dream home. She never once complained that we were taking too long and seemed so understanding of how stressful this whole process can be. We no longer look at her as just our real estate agent; we now view her as a family friend. We can call her at anytime during the day or night and she will always answer and help us with whatever issue we bring to her. Even after the closing on the house she still continues to visit us and help us. She even brought us her own landscaping equipment over because we didn?t get the chance to buy anything since we never had a house before. No other real estate agent will do anything like that AFTER the closing. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a house or rental property as she has helped us with both.
