Barbara and Harold are the BEST there is. They are amazing. They will find out exactly what you want, in a home, and they will not rest until you are happy clients. They are an amazing team, and they have an amazing group that work along side them to make sure that your experience is easy, simple, and you walk away completely satisfied. Harold and Barbara have a given there 'business' a personal touch that I have seen lacking in so many others. For most realtors, it is all about their commission and the profits they will make. For Barbabra and Harold, it is about the community of people they can help and keep as friends. They are amazing. We have known Barbara and Harold for a very long time, and we have seen there business grow and their client base expand. I can tell you why. They are simply the most down to earth and wonderful people you could ever chose to work with. As a bonus, they actually know everything there is to know about ANYTHING in the real estate world (sales, short sales, purchases, interest rates, refinance, etc). They are truly two of the most amazing people I know. I have been privledged to be a part of their client appreciation group for the last 9 years. I don't know any other real estate team that would take you bowling and to Angel games just for being a client and for the referrals you send there their way! We have not personally sold or bought a home with them, however we have recommended them to family members and friends, and their reviews of their service is 5 Stars. I met Barbara through a friend and immediately connected with her. From there, I have seen her work with my friends and family to achieve the goals they have set, sometimes in very difficult selling circumstances. I know that if we had not used Barbara and Harold, for these difficult situations, the results would have been horrible. Barbara and Harold will get the job done. They work hard to make sure the sales or purchase is always in the best interest of their client. My husband and I recently sold our rental property in Costa Mesa and Barbara Betts was our agent. We are so incredibly pleased with her services!Barbara is extremely professional. She was responsive and timely to our every email, phone call and text. The escrow on our sale ended up being a long process because of the buyer's situation (VA loan), but Barbara was on top it the entire time. She always kept us updated, even if there was really nothing to report, which we really appreciated. Furthermore, we live out of the area (Ventura County), so we weren't able to come in to the office to sign paperwork. Barbara made it so easy for us - we were able to sign a lot of our documents through emails and even on our smart phones. This was so convenient for us! Barbara and her husband Harold were both incredible in their response times to our questions and requests. They made this transaction as smooth as possible for us and were professional every step of the way. We would highly recommend Barbara Betts to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
