They are just good, honest people and when you are making a big investment, honesty and trust is what you need. From the very beginning the Betts sat down with us to figure out what my fiance and I were looking for and got to know us. The minute that meeting started, I was WOW'd by how knowledgeable they were about the real estate and everything in the real estate world, really. They stayed in constant communication with us to make sure we understood each step of the process, to answer any questions, and to keep us updated with anything going on. I chose her because she is so incredibly knowledgeable in her field, and seeks out ongoing education to keep herself at the forefront of the industry. Over the last two years that we have known each other, she has educated me on so much pertaining to the Real Estate market. It was through her that I learned that my husband and I were really in a place to become buyers! Because Danielle and the Betts Reality Group run their business through the ongoing relationships that are built with clients and vendor partners, there was never any pressure. Without Harold, we would've never been able to buy the house we really wanted. He helped us (and the seller's Realtor) navigate through the nightmare. It was a short sale with a first and second mortgage, and, just to make it interesting (read: stressful), the sellers almost backed out after a lean was discovered at the last minute. When it came down to it we choose the Betts team, and I am so glad we did. We tried to go through this process a year earlier and things didn't go well at all. This time around with the Betts our house old in 4 hours! Literally second person to come look at the house day it went on the market was person who bought it. When it came time to find a house they we found a property that we just loved and I told them we 'HAVE TO HAVE IT'. Harold and Barbara worked their magic and truly fought for us, even though there were two other offers on the home for more than what we could offer. They did everything and we got the home. I could not ask for anything more for the house we are in and the neighborhood. These two are the best and are a pleasure to work with on the biggest deals you will tend to do in your life.

They sold our house very quickly and made the process painless. They were extremely patient as we looked at almost 30 houses. We finally chose a house that was a short sale with a second and a lien. Their experience with short sale processes is amazing and I believe if they didn't represent my family, we would not have closed the deal on our house. I am not going to lie and say ours didn't have its stressful moments because I don't think it is possible, when making such a huge purchase as buying a home, to not be stressed at one point or another. What I will say is, that we tried this process with 2 other Realtors before coming to Barb and Harold(bad mistake) and the knowledge and service could not even compare!! We are just so happy we made the right decision and chose The Betts to help us find our first home.
