The Best Way Home

Julian did a wonderful job and this was not an easy purchase. There was legal issues that needed to be investigated and Julian helped us to resolve these issues with the help of our lawyer. We love our lot and without Julian, we would never been able to do this on our own. He continued to negotiate and extend our contract, so that we could complete all the research necessary for resolution. We got a very good purchase price and were happy with the ease of the closing. Julian is very professional, easy to work with, and makes the whole process very enjoyable.

Courtnee made the process of selling our house seamless. She is efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. We appreciated how well she communicated and kept us in the loop.

Julian represented both my husband and I, as well as the seller in our recent home purchase. He was very consistent and fair to both sides and did a great job helping us complete a quick close. We recommend Julian to anyone needing an agent!

Julian has the upmost integrity & is a pleasure to work with. Julian returned calls in a timely manner. He was very responsive to email & made changes to contracts quickly & easily. Very experienced & knowledgeable.
