Tracie spent 3 years waiting for us to find the right home and stuck with us when she could have said thanks but no thanks. Probably looked at 120 homes she gave the pros and cons on each one and moved on till we finely found the right one. Tracie is a great realtor and is always looking out for the best interest of the client and has made a good friend along the way. would highly recommend her to anyone. definitely has a lot of patience.

Tracie was a great communicator on everything. Her suggestions for carpeting and deep cleaning was a big hit at open house. She walked the neighborhood to invite neighbors to open house and served muffins and also had bottled water available. The staging was right on for the condo. She even helped me pack my car to donate items.

Absolutely terrible would not recommend if youre looking to purchase a property. It took me several weeks of continuous calling and leaving messages just to get someone to call me back. I put an offer in on a property that had been listed for almost a year. The person told me they would send me over a contract and then I never heard anything from them again. Now the realty sign has been taken Off the lot. Again, I tried to call And not to my surprise, could not reach anyone. If you did not want to take my offer, a simple phone call wouldve been nice.
