We have never bought a home with the Berns Team. We have never bought a home, period. Our family of four lives in India where we work to give homes to orphaned and abandoned children. Not only does the Berns team work hard to give homes to those looking in Southern California, but a big part of the motivation for their work is to help give homes to children throughout the world, from Mexico to India. We are privileged at Covenant Childrens Homes in India to partner with the Berns team as they sponsor vulnerable children for food, education, Christmas gifts, blankets, school uniforms and a second chance at a family. In a powerful display of generosity, the Berns Team makes a donation for a child in need for every home they sell. Making the world better through selling (and giving) homes to people all over the world. While we havent bought a home from the Berns Team, their work and lives demand this five-star rating.

We lived in an apartment before moving into our home and this house was where we raised our 3 children and where many memories were made. Selling our home would be a new experience for us and we were very fortunate to connect with The Berns Team. The process they used to prepare our home for open houses was incredible - the team of professionals were amazing and we were very pleased with the results. This made their 10 Day Blitz of open houses a huge success. It is an extremely time efficient way of securing as many offers as possible. We were able to secure an offer that resulted in the final sale of our home. Not only was The Berns Team professional in their approach to working with us as there were so many details - nothing fell thru the cracks, they were also sensitive to the fact that we were selling a home full of precious memories where we had raised 3 children to adulthood. This demonstrated to us how important we were, not only as clients but it also demonstrated the importance of developing relationships as well. It made working with them so much easier.
