The Barga Team l Real of Ohio

Trent was professional, flexible, and active in negotiations! My wife and I are thankful for all he did to make the home buying process so smooth. We called him last minute to add a home to our day of showings and he made the changes quickly. We are thankful as that is the house we ended up buying.

Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but Trent from The Barga Team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I first connected with him through Zillow, and his quick response and knowledge immediately impressed me. From that point on, I never had to wonder if he?d get back to me ? he always answered texts and calls right away. Trent knows the area well, and if he didn?t have an answer to one of my questions, he found it quickly. Our purchase had a lot of ?ifs,? but he kept us grounded and gave us the confidence we needed to move forward. He was always available, no matter the time, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with each step. When it came time to negotiate, Trent helped us secure a fair price, and the closing process was far smoother than we anticipated ? thanks to his preparation and guidance. Overall, I would rate Trent and The Barga Team a solid 10 out of 10. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He?s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients.

Working with The Barga Team was both quick and easy! Trent paid attention to the even the minor details in finding me the house I was looking to own. I found my dream home!

Trent was very knowledgeable and understanding with our personal needs when looking for a house. He took the time to get to know us, and understand what and why we were looking for the particular house type we were. His knowledge in the area also was able to assist with us getting the land that we wanted. He made looking for the house we purchased very easy.

Working with Trent to buy in Centerville was an excellent experience, as hes quick to respond, and efficient. We closed recently without any issues, and if you're buying in the Centerville area, Trent is the agent you want.
