The Babcock Team

The Babcock Team was absolutely great to work with! Professional, knowledgeable, and always communicative, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and responsiveness were truly appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate experience!

Eric and Nancy were amazing! We were going through a lot of family medical issues during the sale of our home, and they were so patient and accommodating. The experience was truly 5 stars!

Five star, smooth experience! I would not recommend anyone else in OC. Eric has been patient, and went above and beyond through the whole process, and got me a fantastic buyer within a week. He guided me through the endeavor with total honesty, and helped every step of the way. Great experience!

The Babcock team was amazing, they handled every detail in selling our home and made it a great experience even though we were already out of the state, we are extremely grateful and would recommend to anyone. A+++

We used The Babcock Team to sell our house and again to buy the next one. We have known Nancy and Eric for years and have always been impressed with them. We have a home staging business, so we have worked with them in a professional capacity many times. When it came time to sell our home, we trusted The Babcock Team with the transaction and were very pleased. They really looked out for us and helped guide us through the process. So much so, we used them again for the subsequent home purchase. I was amazed at how simple they made a complicated (to us) process. We would highly recommend The Babcock Team! Very very pleased.
