The Awaka Group

Krysta was wonderful to work with in the sale of my home. She was very responsive and always eager to help make the process as easy as possible for me. She would go out of her way to help me get the house ready to sell (or with any requests). Her market expertise also made the sales process quick and easy. I knew I could always go to her with questions or concerns and receive friendly, helpful, accurate responses. She helps the process run smoothly in any way she can. Highly recommend Krysta!

Krysta Acree is an incredible Realtor. I recently went through the process of selling my first home, however, due to the circumstances of the sale, I initially felt overwhelmed and intimated by the process, I had no idea where or how to even begin. I reached out to multiple Realtors but never felt secure or confident with any of them, that is until I met Krysta, she is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, genuine, honest and demonstrates integrity in every step of the way. I feel blessed to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone in the need of selling or buying a home. A true delight to work with!!!

Krysta was an exceptional agent. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an enormous emotion support in a very difficult time. My home sold very quickly in a difficult market for sellers. Krysta's negotiation skills were very much appreciated.
