The Avenue Central Coast Realty

Amy is an incredible realtor! She was supportive, helpful, and advocated for us throughout the process. She answered all of our questions (and we had many) and is incredibly knowledgeable. We started out with only a vague sense of what we wanted and she truly helped us identify our own preferences and goals. She is such a positive presence, which is necessary during the home purchasing process. Amy is highly perceptive and well connected throughout the community. We would work with her any day and can't recommend her highly enough!

Amy is amazing she stepped in and helped us secure a wonderful house that hopefully our future mustang can live in during his time at Cal Poly. Her tenacity and quick thinking helped us secure the house and save money when the appraisal did not align. She also helped us secure a property manager as well for our new investment property!

Its a special relationship, between you & your agent, based on trust, understanding, communication, and a shared goal. I brought my goal to Amy, to set me up for my next chapter, a life change really. She came thru for me, checking every box. Please consider her when you need a true professional. I am so pleased with my results, thanks to Amy.
