The Athens Real Estate Co.

We couldnt be happier with the service we received from Quentin. He went above and beyond to help us navigate both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one at the same time. One of the biggest challenges was making sure everything lined up correctly so we could continue living in our current house while completing the sale and transitioning into our new home. Quentin handled all of the paperwork, coordination, and timing to make that possible. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, we were able to secure contracts for both selling our home and buying our new home through him, making the entire process much smoother than we ever expected. Quentin was always available to answer questions, kept us informed throughout every step of the process, and truly had our familys best interests in mind. His professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and organized. We highly recommend Quentin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If youre looking for a realtor who will work hard for you, communicate clearly, and go the extra mile for his clients, Quentin is the one to call.

I will start by saying if you are buying or selling a home in Southeast Ohio Brian Kapple should absolutely be your agent, full stop. I'm moving across the country and found Brian through an online search. We met once when I visited the area and we looked at a couple places but I didnt settle on any of them. When, after returning to AZ, we found the home I eventually bought (sight unseen except photos) Brian went above and beyond any real estate agent Id ever worked with before to make sure the home was right for me. To say Brian is service oriented is a huge understatement. He is a consummate professional and I recommend him in the highest possible terms. This review my sound hyperbolic but I assure you its not - Brian is forthright, honest and trustworthy and sets a very high bar for others. If you choose him to represent you I promise you will not be disappointed.

Brian Kapple is The best Agent in Athens Ohio and surrounding areas. I called him and four other agents on a Saturday morning. He was the only one who responded. We talked for a few minutes while he asked leading questions to find out what I was looking for in a property. At the end of the call he sent listings with just what I asked for. The following week we went out on a rainy Saturday looking for land. After two weekends and an extensive search with constant communication I found the land I wanted to buy. Five Acres is what we decided on. If your looking for a great Agent with knowledge of the area and no nonsense approach to getting you in a house or land. Don't hesitate just give Brian a call.

I cannot recommend Quentin enough! As a first-time homebuyer using multiple grants, I had a lot of extra hoops to jump through. Quentin went above and beyond to navigate the extra steps seamlessly. His organization and communication skills are top-notch. He constantly kept me updated, explained every detail clearly, and made sure we hit every single deadline. He made my entire first home-buying experience incredibly positive and stress-free. Extremely professional and a joy to work with!

Brian went above and beyond to find a house for my husband and I. He listens to what you're looking for in a house. I highly recommend Brian, he is great to work with.
