He invests his time and money in marketing properties and has a very competent staff who assists him. Perhaps Andys strongest asset, however, is in his ability to make a deal. He has contacts with banks and other financing personnel. Therefore, he has Plans A, B, and C working simultaneously to make sure that a client is well-served and will go above and beyond to bring agreement between a seller and buyer.
