The Agency Atlanta

Rich was an invaluable asset to finding my dream home in Atlanta. From the moment he contacted me, Rich took the time to listen and understand my needs and followed that by creating a game plan to find exactly what I was looking for. His personable demeanor made working with him a pleasure. Richs abundant years of experience in the Atlanta market shows when commuting with agents. Its been a few days after closing and Rich is still checking in with me, making sure everything is perfect. Its this time of service I expect from a realtor, and Rich Zeglovitch is the man for the job if youre looking for property in Atlanta! I give him my highest recommendation.

As a first time homebuyer, I think John was exactly who I needed to help me through the buying process in a very competitive market. He was open and honest with his assessments, it was clear that while discussing aspects of the property with me that he had my best interest in mind. When it came time to put in an offer and go through the due diligence period and contingencies, John was prompt and responsive, and always a text or phone call away to answer questions and guide me through the process. His extensive knowledge as a realtor was very much appreciated, and I never felt that he was too busy to make time for me during the tedious but exciting home buying process.

Rich was great to work with throughout the process. He paid attention to our needs, communicated well, and provided great insight. I would recommend Rich for buyers.

John was an incredible resource throughout my home buying experience. He helped me narrow down neighborhoods and navigate searching for a condo in Atlanta while I was based out of town. As a first-time home buyer, he was always happy to answer my questions and made sure I was looking at the right criteria during my search. He was always available and proactive, especially as we navigated the offer process.
