The Agency

Wyatt Poindexter with The Agency and his team were such a pleasure to work with during our home sale! They truly went above and beyond, always putting our best interests first. From the very beginning, we received the highest level of service and attention to detail, which made all the difference in the end. I highly recommend Wyatt with The Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell their home aEUR" you wont be disappointed!

Our house sold in 28 days. Wyatt gave us good advice. His photographer took amazing photos and his Associate Denita Bennett handled all the details and helped us through the inspection process and the closing. We have used Wyatt Poindexter before and we would use him again. Thanks Wyatt and thanks a bunch to Denita.

Wow...what a result! Tess and Wyatt with The Agency just closed on the sale of our home, and it couldnt have gone better. We were on the market for only four days, had just two days of showings, and ended up with multiple offers. Best of all, the home sold $50,000 above our asking price. In my opinion, this outcome was no accident. The Agencys commitment to top-tier marketing...from stunning photos and video to their strong relationships with other brokers...played a huge role. They didnt just put our home on the market; they made sure it was seen, noticed, and highly competitive. From day one of the listing through the entire transaction, the team at The Agency was exceptional. Everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. We always felt informed and confident throughout the process. If you want a team that knows how to maximize both speed and value, Tess, Wyatt, and The Agency are the real deal.

Denita was fantastic! She took great care of us through the entire process! When the first house we made an offer on fell through she met with us that same day in order to start looking again. We found our house that night! Now we are all moved in and loving it!!! Thank you!!!

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Dedicated staff! Definitely the best realtor in Oklahoma! David has been wonderful to work with and kept us updated on all fronts, and he is quick to respond.
